Join us for Senior Day at the Coastal Carolina Fair, a special celebration dedicated to adults ages 55 and older!

Enjoy a relaxed, less-crowded Fair experience filled with entertainment, community connections, and opportunities to discover helpful services and resources for older adults. Exceptional children and caregivers are also welcome.

This year’s celebration will feature senior-focused exhibits, community vendors, and a Senior Prom! We also welcome service providers, veterans’ organizations, and employers looking to connect with experienced older workers.

Vendor & Exhibitor Opportunities

Be part of Senior Day 2026! Local businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community service providers are invited to participate.

• Vendor/Exhibitor Registration: $100 – includes one 8-foot table and two chairs.

• Event Sponsorships: Starting at $300.

• Bingo & Event Prize Sponsorships: $10 per award.

• Nonprofit Assistance: Qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations may request booth-fee assistance, subject to committee approval and available funds.

Important Registration Deadlines

• September 30: Sponsor commitments and tent-weight bag reservations.

• October 30: Vendor/exhibitor registrations and prize sponsorships.
